- Counsel with the Treasurer to ensure all financial needs of the church are met.
- Be the liason between the CPW and the Session.
- Be prepared to submit a list of Missions to the Session for the upcoming year at the annual budgeting meeting.
- Promote any community outreach programs.
- Secure individuals to stock the Blessing Box. Making sure the items are in date.
- Be responsible to outside agencies that use our facility, IE...Scouts, exercise programs.
- Organize a Pledge Sunday in November. This should be implemented before the annual budget meeting in December.
